How it works

VAPI intercepts inbound calls and streams audio to the processing pipeline. Whisper transcribes speech in under 300ms. The LLM classifies intent and generates a natural response. ElevenLabs converts the response to speech. Based on intent and confidence, the call is handled fully or escalated to a human with full context.
