Three pre-loaded documents use instant hardcoded extraction. Paste Your Own sends raw text to Workers AI (Gemma 4, with Llama 3.1 fallback) for real extraction. The AI response is parsed through a JSON self-healing layer, then fields are auto-grouped into sections: Document Overview, Parties, Financial, Deliverables and Timeline, Key Clauses, and Recommended Actions. A risk analysis pass flags late payment penalties, short termination periods, non-compete restrictions, and liability caps. Financial totals are calculated across milestones. The left panel runs a 6-pass regex pre-processor that formats run-together text into readable sections with bold headers.
