How it works

Sources are pulled via API on a cron schedule. A keyword classifier provides instant results while Workers AI (Gemma 4, Llama 3.1 fallback) generates a 10-section briefing: Urgent, Schedule with prep notes, Email Digest, Recommended Actions, Prep Packets per meeting, Time Block suggestions, Conflict detection, Draft Responses, Delegation recommendations, and cross-source Pattern insights. Editable inputs feed back into the AI for regeneration. Conflict detection catches overlapping calendar events across time formats.
